Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the OneTowns app (on Smart TVs and other devices) and the OneTowns website collect, why, and what we do with it.

OneTowns is a media player only. It does not provide any content, channels or playlists. Users add their own playlists. We are not responsible for the content users add.

1. Information we collect

Device identifiers: the device MAC address (or a device ID) and the app version. They identify your device so your playlists and your subscription work on it.
Playlists you add: the playlist links and login details you enter in the app or on the website. They are stored encrypted and used only to play your media on your devices.
Technical information: IP address, approximate country and internet provider, and basic error and connection logs. They are used to keep the service working, to protect it from abuse, and to fix problems.
Payment information: if you activate the app, payment is handled by the payment provider (for example PayPal). We receive the payment confirmation and the email used, never your card details.
On your device only: favorites, recently watched items and resume positions are stored on the device itself.

2. How we use it

To run the app: link your playlists and subscription to your device.
To give support when you contact us.
To keep the service secure and working.

We do not sell your information, we do not show advertising based on it, and we do not share it with other companies, except service providers that help us run the service (hosting, payments) and only as needed, or when the law requires it.

3. How long we keep it

We keep device and playlist information while the device uses OneTowns. Technical logs are deleted automatically after a short period. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

4. Your choices and rights

You can delete your playlists at any time from the app or the website.
You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us with your device MAC address.
Depending on where you live (for example the EU or the UK), you may have more rights under local law, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.

5. Security

Playlists and passwords are stored encrypted, connections to our servers are protected, and access is limited to what is needed to run the service.

6. Children

OneTowns is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.

توضح هذه السياسة المعلومات التي يجمعها تطبيق OneTowns (على أجهزة التلفزيون الذكية والأجهزة الأخرى) وموقع OneTowns، وسبب جمعها، وكيف نستخدمها.

OneTowns مشغل وسائط فقط. لا يقدم أي محتوى أو قنوات أو قوائم تشغيل، والمستخدم هو من يضيف قوائم التشغيل الخاصة به. نحن غير مسؤولين عن المحتوى الذي يضيفه المستخدم.

1. المعلومات التي نجمعها

معرّفات الجهاز: عنوان MAC للجهاز (أو معرّف الجهاز) ونسخة التطبيق، لربط قوائم التشغيل والاشتراك بجهازك.
قوائم التشغيل التي تضيفها: روابط قوائم التشغيل وبيانات الدخول التي تكتبها في التطبيق أو الموقع. تُحفظ مشفرة وتُستخدم فقط لتشغيل الوسائط على أجهزتك.
معلومات تقنية: عنوان IP والدولة التقريبية ومزود الإنترنت وسجلات الأخطاء والاتصال الأساسية، لتشغيل الخدمة وحمايتها من إساءة الاستخدام وإصلاح المشاكل.
معلومات الدفع: عند تفعيل التطبيق تتم عملية الدفع عن طريق مزود الدفع (مثل PayPal). نستلم تأكيد الدفع والبريد المستخدم فقط، ولا نستلم بيانات بطاقتك أبدًا.
على جهازك فقط: المفضلة وآخر ما تمت مشاهدته وموضع المتابعة تُحفظ على الجهاز نفسه.

2. كيف نستخدمها

لتشغيل التطبيق: ربط قوائم التشغيل والاشتراك بجهازك.
لتقديم الدعم عند تواصلك معنا.
للحفاظ على أمان الخدمة واستمرار عملها.

نحن لا نبيع معلوماتك، ولا نعرض إعلانات بناءً عليها، ولا نشاركها مع شركات أخرى، إلا مع مزودي الخدمة الذين يساعدوننا في تشغيلها (الاستضافة والدفع) وبالقدر اللازم فقط، أو عندما يطلب القانون ذلك.

3. مدة الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ بمعلومات الجهاز وقوائم التشغيل طوال فترة استخدام الجهاز لـ OneTowns. السجلات التقنية تُحذف تلقائيًا بعد فترة قصيرة. يمكنك طلب حذف بياناتك في أي وقت.

4. حقوقك

يمكنك حذف قوائم التشغيل في أي وقت من التطبيق أو الموقع.
يمكنك طلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها بمراسلتنا مع ذكر عنوان MAC لجهازك.
حسب مكان إقامتك (مثل الاتحاد الأوروبي أو بريطانيا) قد تكون لك حقوق إضافية وفق القانون المحلي، منها حق تقديم شكوى لجهة حماية البيانات.

5. الأمان

قوائم التشغيل وكلمات المرور تُحفظ مشفرة، والاتصال بخوادمنا محمي، والوصول للبيانات مقصور على ما يلزم لتشغيل الخدمة.

6. الأطفال

تطبيق OneTowns غير موجه للأطفال أقل من 13 سنة، ولا نجمع معلوماتهم عن قصد.

7. التعديلات

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، والتاريخ في الأعلى يوضح آخر نسخة.
